How to use
Soak 1 tsp Gond Katira in 1 glass of water overnight. In the morning it will have swollen into jelly — add milk, rose water, or sharbat and drink. Best taken in the morning during summer. Can be added to lassi, Rooh Afza, or nimbu pani. Do not take if you have kidney stones without doctor advice.
