Description

Known as Fumitory in English, Shahtara has been used for centuries by Pakistani hakims (herbalists) as a powerful blood purifier (khoon saaf karna), liver tonic, and skin disease remedy. It contains fumaric acid, alkaloids, and flavonoids that detoxify the liver, cleanse the blood, and treat chronic skin conditions like acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rashes. How to use
Boil 1 tablespoon dried Shahtara herb in 2 cups water for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 1 cup morning and evening. Alternatively, grind to powder and mix ½ tsp with honey. Use for 3–4 weeks for full blood purification. Avoid during pregnancy.
